Our fundraising efforts, for the most part, are voluntary. However, players only get credit for fundraising they participate in. Twenty percent of the money earned from fundraising goes directly to the general fund to offset unexpected costs or supplies needed for fundraising. The remaining amount gets divided amongst those that participated. (ie: If we do a bottle drive and earn $1000 with 8 players participating. $200 goes to the general fund. $800 is divided between the 8 players. Each player would receive a $100 credit towards their tuition.)
Our Current Fundraisers:
Windham Wreaths
Our newest fundraiser is wreaths. We take orders until November 7th and they
will arrive the week of Thanksgiving. Please see attached flyer and order form.
Please contact Tracey DuBois at doobsof5@roadrunner.com for information. Everyone who sells kits gets $4 off their tuition for each kit they sell. The due date for returning the orders is September 25th with an anticipated delivery date of October 3rd.
Ice Time Sponsorship
We are trying a push to get corporate sponsorship to cover our HOME GAMES. This would all go to the general fund so players would not get individual credits. If you know of businesses that might be interested, please forward contact information to: doobsof5@roadrunner.com

WINGS Ad Program
We are once again offering players an opportunity to sell ads for our Ad Program that will help defray the cost of their individual tuition. Our deadline for all ad sales is October 31st. There are a few changes based on our experience from last year. Each player participating in the ad program will have 20% of their ad sales deducted from their total ad sales to go towards printing costs. The WMW Boosters will pick up the balance of the printing costs over and above what is collected from the participants. Please click here for the Ad Program Letter and Contract to share with local businesses. (click on link)
